The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Ivorian referee Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei for the Champions League game between Hearts of Oak and CI Kamsar.
Hearts of Oak will host the Guinean outfit in CAF Champions League preliminary round at the Accra Sports Stadium on September 19, 2021.[ads2]
The game will be a one-off due to the political unrest in Guinea after President Alpha Conde was detained by the military.
Tanguy will be assisted by compatriots Kouame Gabriel Kangah (Assistant I), Kalilou Bamba (Assistant II) and Allou Franc Eric Miessan (Fourth Official).[ads3]
Sekou Wieh Konneh from Loberia will serve as the Commissioner while Dr. Christiana Baah works as COVID-19 Officer.
