Joseph Hendricks has revealed his admiration former Asante Kotoko, Bashir Hayford.
The former Ghanaian International in his latest media interaction surmised that the relationship between the two-time Ghana Premier League winner, Bashir Hayford and his players are the best he has seen in the local scene.
Joseph Hendricks who joined Asante Kotoko from Sekondi Eleven Wise in an interview with Skyy Power FM posited that he enjoyed working under Ernst Middendorp.
“I met a lot of coaches, but one coach I enjoyed working with is Ernst Middendorp.
“I have also worked under a lot of coaches(as a player I worked with the likes of David Duncan, Coach [Abdul] Razak and Bashir Hayford.
“I will prefer to tap into the coaching methods of Bashir Hayford. He[Bashir Hayford] is someone I have a lifelong respect for. How a coach communicates makes the work easier.
“If a coach is unable to have a cordial relationship with his players, they can sabotage you.
“In Ghana, I will want to use Bashir Hayford’s strategy” – Joseph Hendricks told Skyy Power FM and was quoted by same station.
