Ghana captain Andre Ayew has joined Qatari side Al Sadd, pending medicals.
The 31-year old has agreed a deal with the Qatari giants and is expected to arrive in the Qatari capital of Doha on Thursday morning to complete the deal.[ads2]
The former Swansea City deputy skipper, according to multiple reports, could earn not less than $200,000.00 per week when he finally complete the deal.
Ayew is joining Al Sadd as a free agent after stints with English championship outfit Swansea City where he led them to the playoffs final and lost to Brentford.[ads3]
He left Swansea City as the team’s topscorer with 17 goals in 46 appearances in the just ended season.
Andre Ayew will be working under Spain and Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez who is the current head coach of Al Sadd.[ads5]
