Ghana has dropped down one place in the latest FIFA World Ranking for the month of June which was released on Friday, June 14, 2019 by FIFA.
Ghana dropped from the 49th to the 50th position in the world ranking but remains sixth on the continental level.
Senegal maintained the first position in Africa with Tunisia placing second and 25th in the world.
Nigeria slided three places to finished 45th in the world but third in Africa while Morocco came 47th but fourth on the continent with Dr.Congo placing fifth but 49th in the world.
Belgium, following their victories over Kazakhstan and Scotland in the EURO qualifiers continued to remain first on the global rankings with France placing second
Meanwhile, the next world rankings will be published on July 20, 2019, just six days after the AFCON 2019 in Egypt.
