The spokesperson of the Black Stars, Dan Kweku Yeboah has confirmed that the team will depart Dubai for Egypt on Friday, June 21, 2019.
Ghana have camped in Dubai, preparing for the 32nd edition of the African Cup of Nations to be hosted in Egypt which will commence on June 21 and end at July 19, 2019.
The team is expected to wrap up training on Thursday before departing on Friday for Egypt for the tournament where Ghana will based at Ismailia.
The Black Stars are determined to end the 37 years of not lifting the giant trophy of the prestigious tournament on the African continent after last winning it in 1982.
Ghana have been pitted in group F alongside Benin, Guinea-Bassau and defending champions Cameroon.
The team will begin the AFCON campaign against the Squirrels of Benin on June 25 before facing Cameroon in the second game on June 29, 2019 at the Ismailia Stadium.
