Ghana has recorded 5918 cases of the deadly Coronavirus with 31 deaths.
This was confirmed by the Director General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Patrick Aboagye during a media briefing at the Information Ministry today.
According to Dr. Aboagye, Ghana has so far recorded 5918 cases of the pandemic with 1754 recoveries.
He mentioned that, the remaining 4128 cases are responding to treatments at the various isolation centres and quarantined facilities.
Greater Accra Region leads with 4422 cases followed by Ashanti Region with 881 cases while Central Region place third with 212 cases.
Still three regions namely Savannah, Ahafo and Bono East are yet to record a case.
