A non-governmental organization, FootieGhana is set to hold its annual football gala competition for kids dubbed ‘The Biggest Clash’.
This year’s will be the fifth edition with juvenile clubs in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis to converge at the Suelele Park in Takoradi on Saturday, January 16, 2020.[ads2]
The event is usually held in December but due to the high rate of the novel Coronavirus, the competition was rescheduled for this Saturday.
The event organized by the Chief Executive Officer of FootieGhana, Ernest Osei popularly known as Kolibano is to cushion and urged young talented footballers to pursue their dream as well taking their education seriously.[ads3]
There would be free food and drinks for all the participants as well as football kits for all the clubs among lot of goodies.
This year’s edition will have Under-14 clubs in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis which include Team Move FC, Supreme FC, West Ridge FC, Century Football Academy, Young Dreamers, New Takoradi FC, Sedan Academy and defending champions Future Stars Academy participating.[ads4]
There would be a football gala competition for that of the adult with clubs like FootieGhana, West Ridge Stars, New Takoradi FC, a select side from Anaji and Suelele.
The event is expected to be graced by renowned scouts, footballers in the Metropolis, coaches, club administrators, top sports journalists and other bigheads in the business..[ads5]
